Do you take orders over the phone?
Unfortunately, we cannot take orders over the phone at present. But you can place your order online 24 hours a day.
What is the cost of delivery?
UK Mainland delivery is £3.95 regardless of the size of your order. Please check our 'Help & Support' pages for other destinations.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, delivery is free on all orders over £60.
What if I don’t like the goods?
We aim to make shopping as stress free as possible. Just return it to us within 10 days of receipt, you will be offered a full refund. All goods must be unused and unsoiled, in their original packaging and be fit for resale. Please email us first (see contact page) quoting your customer number. The address for returns is: anaisloves, PO BOX 431, MANCHESTER, M15 4XQ. Please note that we cannot accept returns of earrings, or any jewellery sets that contain earrings.
I'm worried about the security of using my credit card online. Is your site safe?

How do I know you had received my order?
Once your order had been placed, you will get an email which confirms your order, billing address, what you had ordered and the total amount that’s been paid by your credit or debit card.

Do prices include VAT?
Prices are given in pounds sterling and do not include VAT at this time

Will I receive a tracking number?
You will receive a tracking number to check progress on this site. If applicable you will also receive a tracking number for the courier delivering your goods.
Do I have to sign for delivery?
All deliveries outside the UK have to be signed for. And all UK deliveries over £25 have to be signed for.
