Order and Payment
We never see your credit card or debit card details and we do not store them in our system. Security for this site is provided by our secure merchant partners PayPal and Nochex.
You DO NOT usually need to register with PayPal or Nochex in order to purchase from this store. However if you choose to pay by Nochex and wish to place an order over £100 you will need to be a registered Nochex account holder.

Postage and Packaging
Delivery
*We deliver throughout the UK & Europe
There is only one delivery charge regardless of the size of your order.
United Kingdom: delivery charge £3.95
Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, and
EEA (European Economic area): delivery charge £5.95
We will deliver to the following destinations: *Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
All UK orders over £25 before postage need to be signed for, please ensure that there is someone available to sign for your package. You will be sent a tracking number to track your deliver on www.anaisloves.co.uk. You may also be sent a tracking number so that you may if you wish communicate directly with the courier, if applicable. We will always send you an email to advise that your item has been dispatched.
All International orders need to be signed for.
Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt and should be delivered in the United Kingdom within 7 working days. We cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred by you if we take longer to dispatch your order or if there is a delay in the delivery of your order. Delivery occurs at the point when the items ordered have been left at the address specified by you. We cannot accept any claims if the items ordered are damaged beyond this point. Please note that all references to dispatch and delivery times refer to working days Monday to Friday.
Please allow up to 7 days delivery in the United Kingdom.
Please allow up to 10 days delivery in the EEA (European Economic area).
We use the Royal Mail for all smaller parcels. If you have not received your package, please do not report it to us as missing until 15 days from dispatch. The Royal Mail does not consider a parcel as lost until 15 days after dispatch.
Once reported as lost you must complete and return the Royal Mail questionnaire that they will send you within the allocated period of 5 working days, otherwise neither they nor we can consider the parcel as lost. Once we have received an acknowledgment from the Royal Mail that they have categorised the parcel as lost we will contact you regarding a refund.
We are sorry but we cannot offer next day delivery at this time
We regret due to security reasons we cannot deliver to PO Box's.
Damaged Goods
You must notify us in writing within 24 hours of receipt if goods arrive damaged. orders@anaisloves.co.uk

Under the European Distance Selling Directive you have the right to cancel for a full refund less postage and packing within 7 days of placing your order. This website has a no quibble 10 day returns policy.
If you wish to return your goods please contact us first, preferably by email orders@anaisloves.co.uk
All goods must be unused and unsoiled, in their original packaging and be fit for resale. To ensure goods reach us safely we advise you to use recorded delivery and arrange insurance against loss or damage. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. All refunds will be made within 30 days of us receiving notice of cancellation and the goods. In some instances we may be able to issue a gift voucher in place of a monetary refund.
Food, drink, confectionery and earrings or jewellery sets with earrings cannot be returned. Please see our Terms and conditions.
